YAST2 modules in control center in KDE 3 on SuSE 7.3
Hello everybody, i use a suse 7.3. and in the meantime i updated kde to 3.0.2. Since the step to the major version 3 I do have some trouble with the yast2 modules in the kde control center. They appear in the tree structure on the left but once i want to open them I get following message ----- Error - KDE Control Module There was an error loading the module Details: The diagnostics is: Possible reasons: - An error occured during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned control module - You have old third party modules lying aroound ... ----- What happened there? I recall that I installed some packages from the update directory for 8.0 (I think this was posted on this list as a solution to have the modules in KDE 3) in order to get the modules back in. Was it susehelpcenter or susewm or kdebase3-SuSE? I do not know. Does anybody know how to bring the modules back to live? Best with 7.3 packages. Which packages are relevant for that so that I can downgrade to the 7.3 packages and what do I need to change to have the yast2 modules in the control center as in KDE 2.x. Or do you have any other suggestions? Thanks for your help Stefan
