I discover yesterday this software http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/KRunner+Translator?content=156498 I've tried it locally, and after creating for myself an api-key at yandex run quite cool. The ui is less useful on long text than the previous translate plasmoid (in 4x world) but is enough for anything simple.
