Hello, openSUSE Factory is now version frozen until openSUSE 11.2 release and so are devel projects. We will put new releases into KDE:Backports and packages will exist when it builds successfully. For Factory/openSUSE 11.2 a new repository http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Backports/openSUSE_11.2/ exists now.
