Hi Sebastian, At this moment KDE 4.14.0 has been submitted to Factory and is waiting for inclusion there. With regards to KDE:Current repository the methodology is always to wait for about 2 weeks after release to see if the release is stable, no packaging issues, etc. After this period KDE:Current is being updated. So the expectation is that this will happen around the end of August. Yep, know about that - found it myself this afternoon. But the question was, and still is, when will 14.4.0 be in CURRENT for 13.1, not in Factory/13.2? On another partition I have Factory/13.2 installed and there I have 14.4.x but it also has other system files which are for 13.2/Factory. If I simply installed what is in the above /../Factory/.. repo what failed dependencies may I expect between my present 13.1 system and KDE 14.4.0 from Factory? In any case, quoting the above repo only adds confusion re repos to use. If KDE 14.4.0 is not going to be placed in Current then at least any access to Current for KDE updates should be automatically redirected to Factory to keep KDE up-to-date. Yes/No? At this moment KDE:Current started to build KDE 4.14.0. Expectation is that the repositories will start publishing tomorrow, but again this is depending on the load of OBS. Bear in mind that the two weeks are not there just for us to copy the packages, etc, but that this was the general request of KDE:Current users in order to have a reliable installation.
