Using : Leap 15.3 up to date with KDE.
In about 1 of 10 reboots the file 'plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc' is replaced with a default one.
The result of this replacement is that my desktop is also default.
My simple solution is copy the file from a backup.
My question: What can be the reason of the replacement of this config file ?

Sorry but i don't know the answer to this but you might get better results by posting it on the opensuse-support list instead, there is more activity on that list.
