[opensuse-kde] KDE:Distro:Factory submitrequest policy change
Following a brief discussion on IRC, we've decided to limit SR checkins to KDE:Distro:Factory to Tuesdays and Fridays, in order to allow the OBS time to complete a rebuild and publish it. We'll see how this policy works in practice for a couple of weeks and then review it. Please give feedback here if you are contributing to KDF. Just for clarity: A SR during the "off" time (Wen-Thu and Sat-Mon) will be worked on / accepted on the "on" days, but not between? What happens to declines? Will they also wait, or done as soon the maintainers see them? - Thanks, Yamaban. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org

Worked on (reviewed, declined, etc) during, but accepts (checkins) will only happen on Wednesdays or Fridays. It's about controlling the rebuild, not limiting Factory work.

As before, done as soon as reviewers review the requests. Does that make sense now? Make sure you align this with the KDE:Qt project or it will be pointless. Or you builddisable libqt4 in KDF and only build enable it once on friday to fetch the latest libqt4.
