By nuking you mean deleting or moving to openSUSE:Dropped? I suggest the latter.

Description says openSUSE:Dropped is only for factory packages, and that's not those in the KDE*Community repositories. I will probably make a backup before deleting the repos, but frankly a lot of those packages, especially the KDE3 ones, are very unlikely to be picked up by anyone.
