amarok 100% usage when paused with 9.3.
hello, i've noticed that amarok get 100% cpu when paused, coming back to normal when playing or stopped. i am using regular packages from suse 9.3 + you, nothing more. i have a shuttle SN41G2 with nforce2. i saw a similar bug : http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98223 but it is supposed to be fixed a long time ago ... ??? paul.

Aehm, excuse me, but bug #98223 is open and status "NEW" and above that it has nothing to do with amarok, I think. Better bug report links would be: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97604 http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94266 But both are status "NEW", too. So I don't know why you think it is supposed to be fixed already. As workaround, just use arts as backend instead of gstreamer and you should be fine. Greets, Daniel

i don't use gstreamer (afaik), not in amarok, and not in sound system / control center (ALSA). i had the default settings from install. with arts as amarok engine it works fine, thanks.

So what _did_ you use as amarok sound system before switching to arts now? What was the default setting? Best, Daniel
