Then you need to add the build service kde3 repo also - because of naming changes - i.e. dropping the kde4- prefix for kde4 packages and added kde3- prefix for kde3 packages so you can have both at the same time.

What is the Build Service KDE3 Repo ? (what is the URL (link) to add to Yast - Software Management module) ? On the KDE Repos page you mentioned (http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/Repositories), are the links for KDE 3.5.x repositories (http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/Repositories#KDE_3.5.x) valid ? Can one use those 3 repositories to upgrade the KDE 3.5.10 packages to the corresponding renamed kde3 ones ? This is cause http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/Repositories/license.tar.gz is not really a tar.gz file!

Impressive. Maybe because http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/Repositories is no repository but a wiki page? you need to add one of the entries on that wikipage as repository, preferably one fitting to your 11.0 install ;-)

Anyone has thiss issue as well?

My config is openSUSE 11.0 x86_64, all updates. I'm still running KDE 3.5 and just wanted KDE4 give a try with 4.2.4.
