I'm having trouble getting the newsticker to work in Kontact. Running Suse 8.2 and the KDE 3.2 rpms from the Suse site. Newsticker runs fine as stand-alone. Newsticker plug-in seems to be installed OK. When I try to configure from the Kontact settings, urls don't persist after I hit apply. I've seen some mail in other groups about the need for "dcoprss" but can't find the package that might provide it. Appreciate any held...thanks in advance. Randy Stanislav

Thanks again, Richard, for responding. To solve, I was able to extract dcoprss from the kdecvs, compile and checkinstall it. News feeds now work for me at the 8.2 level. Randy
