Bad signatures in XFree86 4.3.0
Hi, I'm am newbie with SuSE 8.0. I downloaded KDE 3.1.1 and XFree86 4.3.0 as rpm-files from ftp.suse.com <ftp://ftp.suse.com/> and somehow installed it. Unfortunately too late, I read that it is possible to check the internal signature with rpm -checksig *.rpm The KDE files were OK, but XFree86 4.3.0 files failed. Did anybody notice it too? From ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/supplementary/X/ \ XFree86/XFree86-4.3.0-SuSE/README.signature: As the RPMs were built manually and not by our autobuild system, they are signed with the GPG key of our XFree86 maintainer and not with the SuSE build GPG key. The GPG public key for verification can be found at this location http://www.suse.de/~sndirsch/public_key.asc -- -ckm
