$HOME seems to be wrong
Hi! The Icon on my desktop (KDE 3.4.2; SuSE 9.3) to my homedirectory leeds to an old directory on a (no more existing) Win partition (/windows/I). Now i tried to redirect this link to my homedirectory but i didn't get it. Please help :-( Thanx Best regards Stefan P.S.: Sorry for this bad english!

Edit the user via Yast, and set the "right" path.
Thank you for your quick help, but it didn't help! The button in konqueror does it right an send me to my homedirectory. It is only the icon on the Desktop an the icon in the taskbar (in german: Kontrollleiste). When i put an new home-icon in this bar it also leeds to the wrong directory. Did you log out and log in again? You have to "refresh" the user paths etc.
