Hi, as others might have mentioned before, there are broken dependencies with the latest kde 3.4.2 packages from supplementary, and others also have mentioned that the easiest way to fix that is a dummy package that "provides" those two missing deps. I have created such a dummy package, put it into my own installation source, and behold, yast2 gladly installs those kde.*-devel packages it refused to earlier.
