I am working on the kdebase4 package, and I am a bit confused by the konqueror packaging. As best as I can tell, the konqueror package, besides containing all the konqueror files, also contains all the files for konqueror-plugins, and provides konqueror-plugins. However, there is also still a konqueror-plugins package.
