Question: Is there a way to have KDE run a shell script that I supply to perform some custom clean-ups when I log out? Sort of like an opposite of the Autostart? -Ti

New subject: [suse-kde] KDE logout script?
I asked:

I found the answer to this myself by examining the /usr/X11R6/bin/kde script. If you have a ~/.kde/shutdown directory, KDE will run all programs/scripts in that directory when you log out. FYI. -Ti
