I think I created some confusion using 'Control Center'. When I try to browse the internet writing a URL on the Konqueror command line I get the following message: There appears to be a configuration error. You have associated Konqueror with text/html, but it can't handle this file type. Can someone Help me to put the things back in order? Thank you in advance, Fabio

I had the same problems about 2 weeks ago. Did you try to change some file associations? Let us know. Cheers, Curtis.

Yes I was trying to change some file associations, but I am not sure what I have done. Curtis, how did you solve the same problem? Cheers, Fabio.

Go into your file associations in Konq, go to text->html. There should only be konquerer in there. "Not konquerer web browser". In my case if I put _anything_ else in with it it gave me that exact same error. You may also have to do the same thing with inode->directory. -- -Allen
