I checked the KDE bug indicated and it seems that you are running openSUSE 12.3 with the KDE:Release:412 repository enabled. Digikam should come from the KDE:Extra repository. openSUSE 12.3 does not provide the eigen3 library and therefore Digikam for openSUSE 12.3 is build without support for the refocus tool (Which is the correct behavior as indicated in that bug report) The buildlog clear states: [ 279s] -- libpgf library found..................... YES (optional) [ 279s] -- Eigen3 library found..................... NO (optional) [ 279s] -- [ 279s] -- digiKam will be compiled without Refocus tool support. So I am not sure what the issue is here.
