[opensuse-kde] DNS Wrong
Hello! I have just installed SUSE 12.1 Everything is fine except for DNS. Despite all my efforts to make the Zones to work, nothing is ok. I defined the zone, defined a NS server (my server name - SERVIDOR), na A record (test.com.sjs - 192.168.1.241) and tried to ping test.com.sjs (sjs is a sufix I use to control my aplications). No answer (It does not exists). The only DNS I use on my workstation s 192.168.1.241 (DNS = server). I have already done this on the older versions but it does not work anymore. All the articles I have read tell me to do this. May anyone tell me where I am wrong? Deleo Paulo Ribeiro Junior PEDRITA Planejamento e Construção Ltda. I think not - you are asking a question about DNS in a mail list about KDE only. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
