Kweather config is stored where?
The little kicker applet KWeather is running on my machine; it thinks it knows where to get the weather due to an initial failed configuration, but it is wrong. Now I can't see how to get back the configuration set-up (which weather server, etc.) and I can't find a config file anywhere. -K -- Kevin Pfeiffer International University Bremen

Two ways... Either from the preferences option for the applet, or by editing $HOME/.kde/share/config/weather_appletrc and changing the line "report_location=nnnn". -- Sean Keane

Many thanks! Why I couldn't find that I don't know. I was grepping for "kweather" but I did also peek in .kde. Next time I'll try harder. -K -- Kevin Pfeiffer International University Bremen
