All debug repos are now provided in Software Repositories.
Open Software Repositories and enable:
http://download.opensuse.org/debug/distribution/12.2/repo/oss/

Looks to be there to me: http://download.opensuse.org/debug/distribution/12.2/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/ko... debuginfo-1.4-2.1.2.x86_64.rpm
Unless you're looking the standard oss/non-oss repos which don't have _any_ - debug packages. Cuz those are in a seperate repo, configured, but disabled by default.
