I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but in order to get quotes (single or double) I have to press the key twice. If I only press the key once then the next character either doesn't appear or comes out with an accent or something like that. Other keys may be misbehaving as well but I've only experienced it on the quote keys so far. I only noticed it following upgrading to the latest version of KDE (KDE 3.5) via YAST. Interestingly enough, it does not happen with my system at work just the one at home. I'm running SUSE 10.0 with the various security updates etc. I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Is anyone aware of it or have any idea what is going on and how to fix it. By the way, if I go to a virtual console e.g. ctr-alt-f1 I don't experience this problem, but I do if I use konsole. Would be grateful for any help? Thanks in advance. Eddie
