[opensuse-kde] KDE-4.5.0 has no minimizing to panel features
Hi all, I recently updated from 4.4.4 to 4.5.0. However, when minimizing applications, they no longer appear on the panel so that I can maximize. Can I restore this feature or is it lost? Cheers! Unlock your widgets and install the widget Task Manager in your Panel. -- fr.gr. Freek de Kruijf -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

Aha! For some reason, when I removed the spacer, the Task Manager was mistakenly removed. Thank you all for responding so quickly. Cheers! Roman -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

The task manager expands to occupy the free space, even if it is not filling its area with task 'buttons', so it is easily mistaken for a spacer. Agreed! Could the devs add a tag so that we can distinguish between the two? -- Roman -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

In 4.5, the name of the widget you're removing is shown. -- sebas http://www.kde.org | http://vizZzion.org | GPG Key ID: 9119 0EF9 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
