I swear by IntelliJ. It isn't free but is by far the best I have seen. I migrated to it from JBuilder and I rate it highly. www.intellij.com -S

I don't know Jcreator but I would suggest to use JBuilder ore SUN ONE Studio (Community Edition). For enterprise use I would take Eclipse.
