I recently read about an ssl verification problem w/ Konqueror. When I went to konqueror.org it was stated that there was a patch for the 2.2 series but that they (of course) recommend upgrading to kde3.0.3 instead. I'm actually pretty happy w/ kde2.2.2 and haven't found anything in the 3.0 series that makes me want to switch (I've actually run into more things that I don't like) So I'd like to know, Is SuSE going to, or have they released a fixed version of konq for kde 2.2? If so where do I get it. tia -- dh

If so where do I get it.
I didn't recieve any reply so I thought I'd try again. Thanks -- dh

They said 2.2.X wasn't vulnerable in the same way that 3.X is but they would be patching what they saw as any problem with the 2.2.x version. If you've got the latest and greatest from the supplementry directory for 2.2.X then I would suppose it's fixed. -- Ben Rosenberg ---===---===---===--- mailto:ben@whack.org Tell me what you believe.. I tell you what you should see.
