Changed the vlc.desktop Categories from Categories=AudioVideo;Player;Recorder; to Categories=AudioVideo;Video;Player;Recorder; and now it all works. Talk about non-intuitive.... Hi to all. I find folders PaxHeaders.number in all tar, tar.gz etc archives which were made via krusader. There were no such things with 2.0.0 version and 2.4 beta-releases packages from home repos. I failed with deleted krusader settings too. %LANG=en_GB.UTF-8 zypper se -s -i krusader i | krusader | package | 2.4.0~beta3-73.1 | x86_64 | KDE SC 4.9 releases (openSUSE_12.2) Could anybody help my please? Hi to all. Could anybody link kdevelop4-plugin-python and kde-gtk-config to KDE:Release:49 please? They have been already linked to KDE:UpdatedApps. -- Dmitriy DarkneSS Perlow / Linux x64 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org

And update KDevelop to 4.4.1. I filed a bug report https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=790153 but somehow these seem to be ignored these days. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org

Raymond updated the packages yesterday - I'd like to support his comments in the "bugreport" here, too: This is no "bug" report! Instead you could have branched the kdevelop packages, updated them and then submit them to KDE:Distro:Factory. If you cannot do that or don't want to get into packaging, a kind note to the mailing list would probably be the best instead. Or you can "kick" new kdevelop maintainer, i.e. me ;-) But I hope, you will not need to do that in future. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org

Didn't work either when I tried to inform the packagers that KDEWebKit is outdated. That message was ignored as well. And as long as the OBS web interface is broken (esp. the spec file generation tool), I can't package it myself. In any case: Reporting outdated versions etc. (=issues with the RPMs) is exactly what a bug tracker in downstream projects is for. ftp://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/README is 100% clear about that. Since Bugzilla also sends mails to the responsible addresses, it does not make sense to claim that a manual e-mail would be more helpful. (And as I wrote my mail about KDEWebKit being outdated was ignored as well, therefore proving my point.)
