[opensuse-kde] KDE4-Repo and libkxklavier.so.11/12
Using the KDE RPMs from the KDE4-stable-repo for factory, the installation kdebase4-workspace fails since about a week because it needs libxklavier.so.11. Factory has, however, been updated to *.12. Aren't the factory repo and the KDE4 repo keept in sync? --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

The build service in combination with Factory creates situations where the packages are out of sync more often than not - simply due to the fact that it takes over a day to rebuild it all. But I can't reproduce your problem: coolo@desdemona#~>rpm -qi kdebase4-workspace ... Install Date: Do 14 Feb 2008 21:26:20 CET Build Host: build07 ... Distribution: KDE:KDE4:STABLE:Desktop / openSUSE_Factory I.e. I installed it last tuesday. coolo@desdemona#~>rpm -q --requires kdebase4-workspace| grep kla libxklavier.so.12 Oh, or are you using x86_64? Then the problem is different, because the x86_64 Factory within build service is not synced by source checking but by Adrian :) Greetings, Stephan -- SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
