After upgrading to kde 3.5 amarok does not start
Hi, I upgraded to kde 3.5 (using suse 10.0) last night and eveything works fine except amarok (1.3.7), which does not start for my user. With a fresh user, it starts but freeze when showing the first run wizard. It was running fine with kde 3.4.2. Does anyone know what can be happening and/or how can I fix it? This is the log: oscar@gardenia:~> amarok amaroK: [Loader] Starting amarokapp.. amaroK: [Loader] Don't run gdb, valgrind, etc. against this binary! Use amarokapp. QLayout: Adding KToolBar/mainToolBar (child of QVBox/unnamed) to layout for PlaylistWindow/PlaylistWindow amaroK: [Loader] amaroK is taking a long time to load! Perhaps something has gone wrong? Thanks! -- Oscar Curero - Linux user: 306877 -- GPG keyID: 0xE0EA0B24 --

I downgraded to Amarok 1.3.6., so it´s fine now. Don´t ask me why :-) -- MfG, Bongo

Solved :) The nfsserver was down and that caused amarok to freeze -- Oscar Curero - Linux user: 306877 -- GPG keyID: 0xE0EA0B24 --

that sounds like something that should not happen - it should be reported to the amaroK team.
