[opensuse-kde] Removing Dolphin launcher?
Hi Fellow KDErs, I've been trying to remove the Dolphin and Firefox launchers from the bottom toolbar without sucess. Every time after booting I remove them and the next restart/boot they are back again. Is there some way to remove them permanently? Thanks, Tom -- “What we do for ourselves dies with us. You don't give any idea *how* you are removing them, but I unlock widgets, remove the launcher, and the relock the widgets. Seems to work for me. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org

It sounds like https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=278724 you can try a workaround: delete the current taskmanager and add a new one Regards, Max
Thanks, Tom

You can easily customize the contents of the task manager: 1. Launch the offending application 2. Right-click on the application in the task bar 3. Uncheck "Show A Launcher When Not Running" 4. Close the app. The launcher should be gone. Check the menu item to create a launcher. --Stephen -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org
