I have no specific information about KMyMoney here, but know about a very similar application called Kraft [1] that is in a similar situation. If there is no KF5 port of KMyMoney yet, I'd not recommend to update to KF5 based system if you depend on it. For integration of addresses or events (not sure what KMyMoney really uses) you need the KDE4 based kdepimlibs.
