KDE print preview
Hello all I've just updated my kde libraries and base packages using Suse 9.0 YOU online update. KDE is now version 3.1.4. The update seems to have broken my KDE print preview. No matter what kde application I use the print preview displays a somewhat knackered window with only a print and cancel button along with a single line of scatered pixels which is supposed to represent the preview of the print. Cheers Charles

same thing here. I also got SuSE 9.0, but updated to KDE 3.2.0. Still haven't found a solution to that. Tom
I have Suse 8.2 and had many problems when I upgraded to 3.2.0 Kget will would do illegal instructions, Problems with kmail and konq etc. The problem cleared somewhat when I removed my personal .kde directory but not completely. Then I upgraded kde again to 3.2.1 and hey presto things started working again; no more crashes just doing what it was supposed to. Upgraded to 3.2.2 and konq links work again when you drag them to the desktop. I suggest that you upgrade from 3.2.0 to 3.2.2 just download all kde rpms that are dated (I think) from 17 March and ugrade them. You will then have 3.2.2 and you may find all is fine. Hope this helps (if not ignore me) Andrew On Friday 07 May 2004 08:06, Thomas Götz wrote:
