I read http://konversation.berlios.de/docs/cfg-notifications.html. I tried out a lot, but in my opinion there is only the possibility, to make new notifications instead of hide an existing one.

Are you referring to notifications in the chat window or other kinds, such as systray icon or on-screen-display? There's an option in Settings -> Configure Konversation -> Behaviour -> Chat Window -> to "hide join/part/nick events". Never tried it though.
