-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, I have am using SuSE 8.0 with KDE The thing is I have wish to have more users on one PC. The main user is me. but sometimes one of my children wish to use it and I have noticed that when I change something in the configuration a programme (i.e kmail, konquerer). The next time it is opened everything is set back to the original configuration (not been saved). I do not have this problem I can change configuration on programmes and these are being kept the next time I use it. Has anybody got a clue as how to solve this problem. Where is that child of 5 when you need him. ;-.) Ian - -- A child of five would understand this. Send someone to fetch a child of five. Gruesse Sven HI
I mean if I change in my setup that kmail should pick up mail from server, it does it and holds (saves) the configuration . If the other user your_kid logs in and configures kmail to pick up mail from server. The next time he logs in the configuration is back to default. Nothing is saved. There are no messages to say that he does not permission to save. Ian - -- A child of five would understand this. Send someone to fetch a child of five.
