Hello all, I have been using SuSe 8.2 for a few months, recently I have upgraded my KDE to version 3.1.4. However, after the upgrade, the back and forward button behaved strangely. When left clicking the buttons a list immediately drops down (even when I'm not clicking on the little triangle). I'm using a PS/2 Logitech MouseMan Wheel mouse. But I don't believe it is the configuration of the mouse. Because I enabled my keyboard to move my curse, and when 5 (correspond to left mouse button) is pressed the same thing happens. Any sugguestion is appreciated. Thanks in advance. KP. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? New Yahoo! Photos - easier uploading and sharing. http://photos.yahoo.com/

Pang, This has been discussed before, not sure if on this list or the main SuSE list. Not sure if a resolution was found for the problem or not, but you may want to do a search for this problem in the mail lists. The other simple things you might try is to create a new user and see if the same problem shows up there. You could delete the contents of your /tmp directory, in case any old files might exist there, that would cause it. And last, you could rename, don't delete, your .kde directory in your home directory to see if some settings there are causing the problem. Lee, Thank you for your response. Your solution worked. I moved my .kde folder to another location, and konqueror worked correctly. I did do some search on the list, I have discovered the discussion you mentioned. But I didn't find any helpful suggestion from that discussion, so that's why I have posted my question. Thank you again. Pang Ko. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? New Yahoo! Photos - easier uploading and sharing. http://photos.yahoo.com/
