To partially answer my own question :- http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/KDE4_Porting_Guide but I would appreciate openSUSE links if there are any. Unless the app has any deep distribution integration (eg KYaSTEditor), there shouldn't be any openSUSE-specific issues for porting. Check KDE4PORTING.html in the sources or at http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/KDE4PORTING.html?view=log For packaging there are a number of resources here: http://en.opensuse.org/KDE#Packaging HTH Will -- Will Stephenson, openSUSE Team SUSE LINUX Products GmbH - Nürnberg - AG Nürnberg - HRB 16746 - GF: Markus Rex -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

It's KTrafficAnalyzer that I'm trying to port, I've finished all the porting but am stuck on one error :- error: no matching function for call to 'KCmdLineArgs::init(int&, char**&, char*&, char*&, char*&)' Thanks Dave P -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
