[opensuse-kde] 5 Year Old KMenu Bug
There's a bug that has been in openSUSE since January 2008 which screws up your KMenu with no way to fix it by making certain entries disappear. That's 5 years. Is there any chance of somebody taking a look at what is causing the problem and fixing it at long last? https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=356553 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org

To my knowledge the upstream kickoff menu is planned to be rewritten as QML/C++ thingy for KDE 4.11. Then we have to check how we can keep the openSUSE addition of the reduced menu depth which triggers the bug. So to be honest the situation probably won't change for 12.3. This was also discussed in the last meeting. For reference the logs are at http://community.opensuse.org/meetings/opensuse- kde/2013/opensuse-kde.2013-01-08-18.31.log.html Christian -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org
