Try "qtvision" instead. KWintv is dead, and qtvision is the completely rewritten successor of it. It's still alpha, but works fine for me. Normally, you can download the rpm's from packman, but it looks like the page is not available at the moment (all entrys are broken). You have to wait until packman gets fixed or compile it from the sources... :-( Greetings, Florian Evers
