Hey all; I am running suse 9.0 and the KDE that came with it (3.2??), on a gateway 600xl (15.7' lcd screen) that I run at 1280x1024 or 1024x768. The problem is the screen seems to split. I didn't really notice it till I tried to place a SKaramba applet in the corner. I went control center and noticed that the wallpapers (tried many different sizes and pictures , both png and jpg) were split, also tried all of the different settings (centered, tiled etc..) and didn't seem to matter. Changing grdient didn't seem to affect it either. I searched the internet and only came up with one hit and it mentioned it MIGHT be an XFree86 problem, but no real answer..
