[opensuse-kde] KDE:Applications holds 17.04.3 now

Hello, this is a quick mail to inform you that KDE:Applications holds now the latest 17.04.3 release. For Tumbleweed users without the use of KDE:* repositories, kgeography will not be upgraded. This is due to a problem with one of the Frameworks currently in Tumbleweed itself, which will get fixed once KF 5 .36 will hit TW (the submission is already underway).
