[opensuse-kde] breeze icons not working in gtk apps on tumbleweed 20151017

Hi, Today I noticed that gtk apps do not use breeze icons, but fall back to adwaita (I think that is the theme). It is set in systemsettings as the theme to use for gtk apps. The oxygen icons are working fine, though. Does anyone else have this problem? Or is it just me?
