When you have a new data project open you find under Project->Edit Boot Images a diagolgue for adding boot images. With "new" you can browse your directories and add such an image. I have used it to add floppy boot images which I got from the partimage.org project (I think that floppy boot images are the el torito standard), but it also seems to accept disk images, but I can't help you there.
