I am currently running 11.4 with KDE 4.6x (32-bit).
Could somebody, please, tell me the repository(ies) I need to install and try out KDE 4.7?
Is this the repository: download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Unstable:/SC/openSUSE_11.4 ?[1]
I have these these repos in YaST for KDE 4.6x (all with Priority #20) - would I need to remove them? -
Yes.
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Release:/46/openSUSE_11.4/
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Extra/KDE_Release_46_openSUSE...
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Unstable:/Playground/KDE_Rele...
I recommend disabling these before updating to 4.7.
[1] If this is the repo. I guess all I would need to do is to run 'zypper dup' to get KDE 4.7, correct?
zypper dup --from kde-unstable-sc
or whatever you name the repo.
