How else would that information travel?
I haven't seen anything called "important", but I do have a setting to mark the mail as "urgent". Is that what you're talking about?
AFAIK it's not something that would travel with the message (why/how would you mark a message sent to me as "read" or "unread")? You are of course thinking of a header that is part of the message, but this is a horse of another color (so to speak).
OK, I think I know what you mean now. I can't find a way to filter on it either. I can find a way to sort on it though, which is perhaps the next best thing. If you turn of threading in the folder and click on the "subject" header a couple of times it should change to "status" which will sort the mails according to status. First you'll get mail with status "replied", then mail with status "important" and then mail with status "read". This is the best I've been able to find. You may want to post a feature request at kde.org if you want more functionality around this. //Anders
