KDE 3.1 KMail and trash folders

I have just upgraded to 3.1 and have discovered that only one of my imap folders puts the messages deleted from it into the trash (the others just vanish). Try as I might, I can't find anything that allows me to change this behaviour. Any ideas where it is? Thanks. Peter.
