Update Qt 5.15 again (or at least qttranslations)

Hi guys, Can you update the Qt 5.15 from KDE again? With the Qt from KDE pt_BR become a shipped language but I discover 2 mistakes which make the translation unusable With this MR [0] I fix it (on Qt for all branches and in KDE' Qt 5.15).
