I noticed the other day (in apt4suse) that there was a newer kdegraphics3-extra (3.1-91) which doesn't include kuickshow. (it conflicts w/ (obsoletes) kdegraphics3-viewer 3.1-71) In order to have kuickshow you need to stick with kdegraphics3-viewer 3.1-71 and kdegraphics3-extra 3.1-71 for now.
