Hi Vince, if everything went fine during installation, kcommander should be on your system. Just type "ALT+F2" and insert kcommander3, this should start the application. Wether there is an icon or a desktop link after installation depends on the RPM.
Please open a konsole window and type kcommander3 & What do you get then? Running? Command not found? Error-messages?
