Great thanks. The scheme uses and works with CTRL-ESCAPE for the Popup Launch Menu which I'm happy with. Still shame the Windows key by itself still doesn't seem to be supported. William Webb wrote:

Under the shortcut keys in Control Panel there are themes you can set up. One of them is Windows.
I've just upgraded to KDE 3.4. It no longer seems possible to use the Windows key by itself as a shortcut key. I'm trying to emulate MS Windows and assign the Windows key to show the Popup Launch menu (default assignment is ALT-F1). The shortcut now requires the windows key plus some other key. Is there not any way to get just the windows key to pop up the Popup Launch Menu?
Thanks William
