[opensuse-kde] folder view setting not persistent

Hi All, I configured my system to use Folder View (instead of default Desktop), put some icons and place them as desired. After restart (or logout/login) it is back to Desktop. Switching again to Folder View, icons placement is lost (they are arranged in rows).
