At the present rate, by the time another complete rebuild is done, KDE SC 49 final will be out. That will require at least another complete rebuild. So if we don't get everything published now, it will likely be at least another week before it can be published. Once the repos that build off KR49 are published people will be able to start using it fully.
Speaking of 4.9.0 final, the final tarballs have been available privately to kde-packagers since Thursday but we still have 4.8.97 in KR49. Does Todd or anyone else maintaining KR49 have access to the kde-packagers mailing list and download location? If not, send me your public ssh keys and I will arrange that.
Do you want me to use my access to update to those final tarballs so that we have a shot of a complete build by release day?
Will
I don't have access, unfortunately. It would be great to get the tarballs in before the official release, but as I said, please at least wait until KDE:Extra is published for KR49 openSUSE 12.1. Otherwise there is no chance of us having a full set of packages until long after the release. -Todd -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org
