Kontact Plugins

Hello! I can't find some of the kontact plugins. Kweather seems not to be installed with the kde toys as usual. I downloaded an rpm source package from sourceforge but after installing the rpm, I can't find kweather on my PC. Where is it? Laurent -- Linux is like an Indian tent: no Windows, no Gates, and an Apache inside!
